People disappoint me...quite a bit...I am sure I disappoint people as well. As hard as we might try people will always disappoint us and it won't always be on purpose. Sometimes we forget, we get too busy, we become ill and don't feel good...who knows? We are not perfect people and as hard as we might try we will never be perfect. We can strive for perfection. Jesus, who is perfect, is the one that we are supposed to strive after. Each and every day we are supposed to try to be more like Jesus. Hard isn't it in a world that is hell bent? So much sinfulness, so much hatred, so much selfishness...But we must. We are in this world but we are not of this world. We must remain a yielded vessel, set apart for God to use for His purposes. Are we doing this? Are we too busy that we can't put God first in all things? Are we talking the talk but not walking the walk? LORD, help us to remain separate from this world. Help us to remember why You saved us and help us to never forget that we are to be Your witnesses and that You want us to have a relationship with You...Thank You LORD for your love and for Your forgiveness. Help us to be a Holy people. When everything else seems to be falling apart around us we can look to You and know it doesn't matter...because we are not of this world, we are just passing through. IN Jesus Name I pray.
